Holiday in France

Hello!
It's been a while....... Busy with other things I guess. But now it's time for a bit of new information on my blog. In August Marcel and I went on a three week camping vacation in France. First to the Alpes, then to to Pyrenees. Do we love mountains?????? Anyway, the weather wasn't too great, but the surroundings definitely made up for that! I guess we could've known that at about 800 m altitude the nights could get quite cold. We weren't really prepared though, so had to use everything we brought to stay warm. Oh well.

Queens day

April 29th, Amsterdam celebrated queensday. Always a big party. I had to work until 4.00 pm at city hall. Boring, but someone had to keep the city safe! After that: party-time.

For the last few months, this has been my regular weekend outfit. Marcel has been remodelling his new bought house, and I have been helping him out................ As far as I could be of any help.

Yesterday, we spent the first night sleeping in the new house. It's not quite finished yet, but well worth the 7 months working and waiting :-)

A new look for my website

Hello hello,

As you can see, I thought it was about time to improve the look of my website. Much better isn't it! It's been a long time since my last post and I spent some more time in Kathmandu in the meantime and also found myself skiing in the alps again. Good stuff!! It'll take sometime before I'm finished setting up this site, but it will be beautiful!!!!
